TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to high demand and often multiple enquires for same dates, we cannot reserve or hold any dates without payment. A £2000 deposit is required to confirm bookings. The £2000 booking deposit is non-refundable.

The balance of the agreed rental price is due 90 days before arrival (unless agreed otherwise). For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. If the full payment is not received 90 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund minus the £2000 deposit. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, no refund is guaranteed.

In case of any cancellation, we will attempt to rebook the dates to another group. If we are successful, we may provide you with a partial or full refund - this is entirely at our discretion.

A damage deposit of £1000 (£2000 for larger groups or stays of over 5 days) is required for every booking, and is due 30 days prior to arrival. We require cleared funds and do not accept credit cards details for damage deposits. Damage deposits are returned within 7 days of checkout (minus any costs).

Check-in is from 15:00 (Friday from 12:00)

Check-out (unless you are leaving on Motzei Shabbos) is at 10:00

Additional guests and/or bedrooms to what was agreed at the time of booking, will be charged for at a nightly rate.

The security of the building is your responsibility throughout your visit. Please ensure all doors and ground floor windows are locked at night, as well as when leaving the building during daytime (even if caretaker is on-site). Please ensure the building is secured before leaving after your visit (even if caretaker is on-site).

The safety of your group is your responsibility throughout your stay, particularly in the spa. The spa door must be kept closed and locked at all times and children must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES.

Please arrange for all deliveries (including online supermarket orders) to take place after your arrival. There is a surcharge of £50 for our staff to accept deliveries prior to your arrival. Please inform us in advance if you require us to accept a delivery on your behalf.

We expect the building to be left left tidy, with all rubbish placed in the bins provided and all furniture (including mattresses and couches) which have been moved to be replaced to their original position. There will be a charge if our staff have to undertake additional tidying work.

Please take all your belongings with you when you leave.
