BOOKING & PAYMENT A £2000 deposit is required to confirm bookings. Due to high demand, we cannot reserve or hold any dates without payment. The full balance is due 90 days before arrival. For bookings made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required to confirm booking.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A damage deposit of £1000 is required 30 days prior to arrival for every booking. Damage deposits are returned within 7 days of checkout, minus any costs.

CANCELLATION The £2000 deposit is non-refundable. If the full payment is not received 90 days before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. If you cancel more than 90 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund minus the £2000 deposit. If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, no refund is guaranteed. However, we will attempt to rebook the dates. If successful, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

ARRIVAL Check-in is from 15:00 (Friday: 12:00). Check-out is at 10:00

SMOKING Smoking is prohibited in any parts of the building. Please use the wall-mounted ashtrays outdoors.

FIRES No fires are allowed. BBQs are only permitted in the designated area.

RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for the property and guests during your stay. 

CARETAKER The caretaker lives on the top floor and is available to assit with any issues which arise during your stay.

BEFORE LEAVING The hotel must be left tidy and reasonably clean. Our staff will clean the building after your stay, however all rubbish must be placed in the bins provided and all furniture replaced in their original place. Any leftover food, including in the fridges and freezers, should be disposed of.

DAMAGES Please notify us of any breakages you are aware of.

LOST PROPERTY Please ensure you take all your belongings with you. Any items left behind will be disposed of.
